L'oreal

L'oreal is a fairly successful brand that produces beauty products. This brand covers nail polish, make up, skin care, hair color, hair care, and much more. I know that I have bought a few l'oreal products and my mom buys a lot of l'oreal. The only mascara she uses is from l'oreal. Needless to say, l'oreal is doing good with selling it's many products.

Most of l'oreals ads use the sex appeal to show the customers that buying l'oreal will only do you good. With it's hair products, usually they just use somebody with the "ultimately beautiful hair" to show people why they should use the l'oreal products. Which would be so that have the hair that they want. That's why it would make sense that they used Chris Hemsworth as a model for their ad.

Chris Hemsworths hair is practically perfect. His hair is beautifully blonde and shiny when the sun hits it. Also, in this ad, his hair is very long, filling up the entire background of the ad showing how this hair grew long and perfect because he used l'oreal. The ad is also really simple, for the only words on it are l'oreal Paris. This makes it easier for people to admire the hair because there is only a little bit they have to read.

L'oreal also used Chris Hemsworth as the model because it can apply to both men and women. As we have learned recently, the advertisers and marketers have a harder time connecting with the men than the women. So by having Chris Hemsworth be the model, they are showing the men that they can still be manly and use l'oreal giving them good hair, and by showing the women, if they buy their husbands l'oreal they will have beautiful har like Chris Hemsworth.
